  • I know that Green Acres and Petticoat Junction were filmed on a studio set in Hollywood, but it looks like the Cannonball scenes were filmed on location in a rural area somewhere.

  • I love the filmed sequences from PJ. Did you digitize from video tape? Just curious. I have in my Sierra Railroad collection some slides from a filming of PJ in 1965 and also quite a few slides and B&W prints from a filming of an episode of Rawhide on the Sierra in 1960. These are all in the Jim Wren collection which I am administrator of.. Anyway, you created a fun vid to watch.

  • i loved that you used the song Misty Island rescue for the bacground! Yeah Thomas!!! The hooterville cannonball is really cool! Live the video! Sierra #3 isone of my favorite locomotives!!!!!!
