It's the way the platforms move. It's nearly impossible to make the jump at all if you aren't Protoman. Yes, you can charge shot the ones behind you, but the way they move is worse than the bullets.

Well, it's not how the platforms move or shoot that is the biggest problem (even though random starting points do make it worse) since I planned to use Oil Slider for those parts... it's just that it's hard to jump off the platforms due to the glitchiness involved. :D Might take a while to finish.
