True. Why should we think God will not destroy America like He did other peoples who sacrificed lives to devils? God said to populate. Man encourages depopulation and homosexuality which does not produce children. We sacrifice children to satan by abortions. I guess killing each other should be a right, too, in some minds. We may end up with religious anarchy and destruction of the U.S. The Bible says earth will be purged by fire. That includes America. Worry not, Christians. Have joy.

Read Jeremiah 50-51, and Revelations 18.

Replace...
Babylon = the United States of America
Medes = Iran
"Nation" of the "North" = Russia

Babylon is "destroyed in a day".
Nuclear warfare.

America will burn and be destroyed in one day. The nation that dwells on "many waters". The nation that is "insane with their idols" the nation that has their politicians who are "friends with thieves".

The west is going to be judged soon. We got to repent and be right with Christ!

Just because you are a "full time" Christian does not mean that it should apply to the laws of this land. Why on Earth would you think that God would ONLY bless this country. In God's eyes there are no countries, there are no lines drawn upon the Earth. You do know that man made the maps right?

What I said had nothing to do with you being a "Sunday only" Christian. It about the fact that we have the freedom to choose. This country is made up of all religions. Our government is separate from ANY church or doctrine. It represents ALL people. The founders made that very clear. Christianity (nor any other religion) DOES NOT and WILL NOT dictate the lives of those who live in a free society.

And abortion is legal in this country and it will stay that way. Women have rights, yes! they do! Once again, if you or anyone else think they have the right to tell women what they can and cannot do, move to the Middle East. How dare you think that you have a say in what I do. Who the hell do you think you are? Get you're head out from between my legs you sick twisted freak. If you think something is wrong, don't do it. BUT DON'T YOU DARE THINK FOR ONE SECOND THAT IT ALSO APPLIES TO ME. GOT IT?

I want all those freedoms for everyone. However, your choice of words got my attention. You say my "choice of religion is completely separate and private." This is an egregious misconception in our world today. A great book that illustrates the problems with this dualism, a "spiritual/secular split," is Nancy Pearcey's "Total Truth." We are endowed certain rights by our Creator whether we acknowledge Him or not, but regardless, we have undeniably achieved great things when America is reverent.

Well, as you know, George W. Bush is a "born again" Christian. And this country certainly DID NOT achieve great things during his 8 years in office. And no, religion being a separate and private thing is not an "egregious misconception." It is private, individual freedom in this country. Americans can worship in any way they choose or not at all. If someone has an opinion that that is not the case, so what. It is ONLY an opinion, it is not the law of the land and it never will be.

I cannot speak for Bush or anyone else (though I do believe people are a bit harsh on the guy) While it is an individual freedom, my faith in Christ cannot be made a separate "Sunday-only" kind of thing. It is an integral part of any Christian's life. I recommend that book as it can explain what I am trying to without a character limit :) Most of America has forsaken the God that has done little but bless their country. Not only that but they practically spit in His face with the things they do

So you want your country run by religion? Move to the Middle East. You said, "the things they do" Like what?

I hardly ask for a theocracy but at least that our politicians be moral men and women with our country's best interests in mind. If you care about someone, you don't give them just what they want but what they need. When the courts gave in and legalized genocidal slaughter of the unborn for instance, it did it to appease, not because it was what was best for the people. (Especially not those kids)
