  • I was hoping you omitted the english opening, then I heard the very end :/ Still, fond memories of my favorite Sega CD game next to Snatcher.

  • Well, at least I put it at the end. I'm sure if I hadn't included it, someone would've called me on it.

  • I dont know the music near the beggining makes me depressed

  • It's the opening track, so I felt I didn't have much of a choice sticking it there. Keep going (if you didn't already), it gets pretty good later on.

  • You know with games like this, Sonic CD and Snatcher...was Sega CD really THAT bad!? I'm almost gonna say no. If I can find it cheap (fat chance) I might wanna give it a go again.

  • Does anyone else here feel like crying a little girl after hearing this? 'Cause if you don't... err I don't either. :| My favorites are 1:26 and 5:02. But the whole thing brings back such great less-responsible more-fun times. I'm 29 now and I played this when I was 14.

  • @TheExciteMike

I hate you, dude. I got my first SCD around the same time and still paid 3-4 times more. xD

  • Sounds like the same woman that sings in working designs trans of vanguard bandits. Lazy.

  • @nintygaming Underrated? The first game has an aggregate score of 90.50 on GameRankings and the second has 90.64. I don't know about you, but I generally consider scores like those to be pretty high.

  • Although I have played through the PSX version and am currently playing through the GBA version, I have yet to even so much as sample the Sega CD version. I will play this one, and enjoy it as the piece of gaming treasure history that it rightfully is. The Lunar series is VASTLY underrated.

  • @hirodash2112 This. I'm a bit younger, but this game holds a very special place in my heart. I think Lunar had a similar impact on many people. It just had something about it. The music for the SCD version was clearly superior to the remakes though. I'm glad they did not change EB's music.

  • Insane, absolutely the best Sega CD game ever made. I remember I used to grind Alex hardcore before getting to Meribia and used to ditch Ramus cause I knew he was leaving anyways. And how hard was it to get Mia level 99!? Classic, thanks for posting this gem online.

  • The Lunar series is definitely one that I'd love to play through. Awesome soundtrack.

  • The music on 3:56 makes me feel good.

  • If you still have the original, as has been said, it doubles as the soundtrack. Works fine in an audio CD player! (as has been said)

I agree, this version, especially the music, beats the pants of the Playstation/Saturn version.

  • It really was. Problem with the SCD though was that for every game that had well-developed cutscenes, there were 15 crappy FMV games.
