  • Clearly, Suzanne performs and plays music because she loves to. She'd do it even if she didn't do it for money. So money was never her 1st goal - as, musically, commercially, obviously there are more expedient ways (read kowtow to record companies) to "sell product." But it IS a business, and to succeed on your own terms, you: 1) need talent, good songs; 2) To find YOUR audience and musical niche; 3) You need a good business plan and ability to market yourself; 4) AND you HAVE to WANT it BADLY!
