Elvis Presley saw unusual things in the sky. This has been reported by those who knew him in several different books. This is a matter of public record. There isn't any "knocking."

Are the people who knew Elvis "stupid" for relating what he told them he saw, or, also, what they saw when they were in his company?

elvis saw many things in life and dreams and look where it got him, his dreams did come true, excpt for 1977, but we can thank red west and his brother, elvis never wanted all his private life put on the book shelves, how dare they , afer all elvis done for them two, they were not true friends toelvis, friends do not do things like that to another, they just hung around to get all they could from elvis, wish they had been let go years ago, elvis trusted them

I think that book accelarated Elvis death. they shold be responsable about Elvis death like Judas participation at Jesus death, like that Lennon´s fan did... so, congratulation grag. bevtaylor, I am with you, how do you continue to hold a grudge against someone who paid your way for so long? The only thing I can think of is he is still mad after all these years about being fired by Vernon, who by the way he never could get along with and thinks he can kill two birds with one stone, keep getting his revenge and make a buck off it too.

Krazypup, its called desperation, running out of things to talk about Elvis for a buck, Red West was always a trouble maker from the start, Sonny West, Red's cousin followed in his footsteps, I agree I think his conscience gets to him at times, who is to say Elvis wasn't just clowning around with them when he saw things in the sky, everybody looks at the clouds and thinks they see something in them, that does not make them crazy, these guys still continue with anything they can to make a dollar.

Elvis was a very spiritual person and did have dreams and visions and was laughed and made fun of by the tagalongs,any time he started talking about anything spiritual they would leave the room,real friends Charlie,JD Summner,Ed Parker, and Larry Geller,

liz-keep lovin Elvis. The Wests will never tell the full truth about themselves, though I do think Sonny's conscience has at least bothered him a bit. You are right, I dont think Red had the capacity to be a friend. Many of them were pure users. Some loved him and respected him like Jerry,Charlie,JD,Stamps and maybe Myrna of the Sweet Inspirations
