So good to hear this! I sang this arrangement with my college choir way back in 1985 (I think my choir sang it better ;) I'd love to have a copy (or more!) of this particular arrangement - which, I believe to be the David Clydesdale arrangement. If anyone has a few copies for sale, just drop me a note.

I would love to hear the David Clydesdale arrangement, but I haven't been successfu finding it on youtube so far. I don't think there is a better arrangement out there. It is similar this one, but with more pomp, and makes more use of the men.

I think this is the David Wyrtzen arrangement. Personally I liked Deric Johnson's version better (slower version). That was popular in the 70- 80 with the group called Re'Egeneration!

This song was very popular in the 80s. Is it still in print? Who is the composer? I think this is done way too fast. It would sound much better at a slower pace, but not too much slower.

I got it quite a few years ago. Michael W. Smith was the composer. I am not sure if it is still in print.
