  • "Take what works and leave the rest"? In that case, you will be "taking"/receiving it all. Adi Da has criticized this as "taking a bone" and running away to chew on it - to work on oneself. Adi Da didnt reveal anything miscellaneous to an individuals liberation. You must entirely suspect yourself, and your egoic preferences relative to the requirements of True Spiritual life. No one will take up The Way of the Heart, until they have lost sympathy with their own spiritual search/game. Da

  • @AvionDream "Even a little bit of pondering of the Teaching relieves great suffering."

  • Do you know of the great philosopher Ken Wilber? He said of Adi Da, "The the most ecstatic, most profound, most complete, most radical, and most comprehensive Scripture ever penned by the Human-Transcendental Spirit....His teaching is, I believe, unsurpassed by that of any other spiritual Hero, of any period, of any place, of any time, of any persuasion."

  • Ecstatic!!! Love it. Thank you.

  • Yes, Ive become much less self-righteously indignant in the last two years :)

  • @hyejah The appearance of a God-Man, whose primary Transmission is Being Itself, is a most sublime Paradox. Who can say? There are practitioners whose devotion is Radical in and out of the ashram, some are strong, some are intermittent. The only real question is "How am I perturbing This Bliss, This Blessing, This Love?"

  • @delphiyes where are these senior devotees now? do they still practice in the ashram?

  • Wow - "WAKE UP.....WAKE UP"

    So powerful x

  • Ego is only a fearful thought.

  • @delphiyes I will take that as a 'yes' and a 'no comment' to my first two questions respectively. Thanks for the references Delphiyes.

  • @coolioto My favorite of his books is Integral Psychology. Or start with A Theory of Everything.

  • Hello Delphiyes. Do you really think it is appropriate to refer to Wilber as a "great philosopher"? If so why? What writings of his would you recommend?

  • "WAKE UP....WAKE UP"....so profoundly powerful x

  • One of the best of that time,.... YES!

  • Beeeautiful!!

  • The Lion's Roar

  • Please please please put up a version of only the recitation and slideshow bit, "Adi Da Samraj"

  • Not quite sure what you meant by your comment. Yes I am still an ego. Was trying to help clarify the tendency to use Adi Das wisdom like a cosmic pick 'n' mix of what your ego likes and dislikes about His teaching. And to help you understand your unwillingness to accept ALL of the revelations and requirements of The Way of the Heart. If you are seriously interested, this is a fundamental prerequisite.

  • I see you are working out your issues as well! Peace.

  • YES!

  • The Lion Sutra.

  • awesome! would love to see just the recitation bit, is that "I Am the Heart of Man"?

  • Indeed. One must love, actively love, in order to know Love. In this process, the Person of Love is a supreme advantage. Love never stops.

  • This topic requires more than a few sentences on Youtube so I will leave it at that. Thanks for posting these videos to the public domain!

  • "The devotee continues to surrender at the feet of the Master, even in the case of Realization...."
