The bike driver is possible he exceeded the speed limit two or three times, but the van driver in all conditions of the road, he should yield the pass, why the motorbike driver has preference.

@suicidesucks08 well, is there a slight chance that the biker was at least 2 times faster than the actuall speed limit? imagine if the biker wasnt speeding... nothing would happend.

There's a longer version of this video that shows what was really going on. This guy had made two or three EXTREMELY high speed passes for the benefit of the crowd in this parking lot - a parking lot, by the way, that was on a public highway and that was being entered and exited regularly by cars - and on this third or fourth pass a van that didn't realize that this lunatic was coming at Mach 2 tried to enter the parking lot. It wasn't the van's fault. It was the rider's.
