Arpaio's Deputies Break Women's Arm

Immigration and Customs Enforcement released a women suspected of being undocumented
Thursday night after it was determined that her arm had been broken while she
was in MCSO custody.

Maria del Carmen Garcia Martinez was released on her own recognizance, her left
arm slung in a cast after she received treatment at St. Joseph's. She had been
turned over to ICE earlier in the day by the MCSO. ICE took her to St. Joseph's
for medical attention, photographed her injuries and released her with a pending
court date around 8 p.m. from its offices on Central Ave.

She's here now in Phoenix and has all the papers she needs. She will also win a nice lawsuit. So keep cheering stupid hateful and violent behavior. Ignorance and racism always go hand in hand. @Humanleague002 I am not glad of any thing, you know how many arms of immigrants are broken in Mexico, you know how many innocents immigrants are killed, extorted, assaulted and killed by Mexican officials, common, get real, she had a "FALSE ID, that is fraud", and on top she refused to sign, they did nothing to her, again, now she will pretend they broke her arm and get money out of the tax payer, what a disgrace!!!!

@angele1966007 Get your facts right if you want to debate with me. 1) She was already finger printed 2) She did not legally have to sign. it's against the law for officers to force anyone to sign a confession. You think thats "well done" by the cops? What if it happened to you? Would you say "well done cop"? 3) Her ID was proven NOT fraudulent. Just like you, the arresting officer ASSUMED guilty because of race.

@av8n01 I never deleted your msg or comments. This is simple and easy to understand. Look at the documents. She has the legal right not to sign or put her fingerprints on any documents. Even the Sheriff's Department doesn't claim she refused to have her prints taken when booked. This whole issue obviously goes over your head.

@nissanlover YES, I have being to Mexico, and the authorities stop the Buses with immigrants and they take them to prison, take their money, and ultimately after many humiliations the Mexicans send the "passing immigrants" back to their countries, for example to Cuba, so don't ask in USA what you are not prepared to give in Mexico to the illegals, I hate double standards
