Edit: this is my most watched video! I may do a kind of Let's play on this giving off generaltips and such. But at least after i finish the IWBTG one...

@shadic939 You can buy them with rings. If memory serves, certain charicters need extra requirements as well, though I can only remember Super and Hyper Sonic and various Super and Hyper Forms needing all 7 of the right emeralds to be able to buy them.
