Have you read the books? they are amazing. Do you think Dune is similar to The Matrix, Star Wars, Star Trek, Avatar, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Winds, The Dark Crystal, Serenity, Chronicles of Riddick, Heavy Metal, 2001, The Fifth Element, Dark City etc. for similar movies? i thought this movie was a complete abortion and a rape of a great novel, Lynch was the wrong man to do a Dune movie since he doesn't know jackshit of the novel.
