@ktchong Yes. Marion Cotillard plays the adult Talia al Ghul. She comes back to Gotham with Bane to kick Batman's ass.

She said in an interview with My Entertainment World that she plays a young Talia al Ghul in the Dark Knight Rises:

"I play young Talia al Ghul. I can't give too much away because I promised Mr. Nolan I wouldn't say anything. There are too many secrets about the character and the movie."

If the film gets into Talia's childhood and secrets in flashbacks, I assume Talia will have be a significant character in the movie.
