Well that Aussie got caught with heroin and he knew the rules of messing with that shit. So he got what he deserved. There is a reason Singapore is such a safe city...because you dont have all the drug crazed lunatics running aoround like you do in US. We know the singapore army is crap, I've seen it all. I'm not talking about their military prowess, I'm talking about the way they treat their own people. The people conscripted into it are NOT WELL TAKEN CARE OF.
Medically? Sure, if you exclude the fact that expired medications are given to their own soldiers (because it's inexpensive). Everything else? Forget about it. The only time things get good is when the media or foreigners interview them, after that all is immediately torn down.

Are they a dictatorial nation?..My goodness seems like u can only state the "facts" and not have an opinion in Singapore..Joey is likable...but everytime someone mentions singapore to me im reminded of the aussie young man who got caught with heroin and was hung..there was no mercy...It was heart wrenching..
