how do u bring up the console or this dev mode stuff??

You need a program to run devmode on an internet server. but for lan you right click on the shorcut that you use and go into properties. In the "Target" add at the end of it -console -devmode  once again, this works for LAN only for online use of devmode I will add link in the video description

@blitzsonicforever thers a tool called devmode it should be in the halo ce file just go to start-all programs- microsoft games- halo custom edition- halo developer mode then when game starts pres ~ then type in cheat_all_vehicles.
