Communist China does not have justice and scares to negotiate with the leader of Tibet: Darlai Larma, because they shamelessly invaded and occupy Tibet from Tibetan such as the Paracels and Spratlys island from Vietnam recently. History of Asia proved that Communist China has always been the cause of Wars in this region as of USSR, KOREA,INDIA, VIETNAM, JAPAN, and TAIWAN would be next..
