Yes it is, but I've never seen anyone arrested for it. This is how Critical Mass works - it IS breaking the law, but it doesn't warrant an arrest.
They should have just let him keep corking and keep the rest of the riders safe. I don't care if it's against the law or not. He was keeping the whole thing safe.
Notice how nobody gets hit until a cop gets involved?

The guy was an ass, he was told two times to stop blocking traffic and then tried to flee the cop on "his bike" The mouthy idiot was then caught and booked for a petty misd. and made this whole group look bad....I was there Im the one in blue :)

The Fort Wayne Police were absolutely ridiculous last night.... I believe part of being a "public servant" is to use some discretion on an issue.
It honestly breaks my heart to see a group of people of all age and social backgrounds come together in community and then have something like this happen at the event.
To bad the video didn't get the person being hit by the police car in the process of taking this "criminal" in.
Running a red light is traffic violation but this was a Crime

His name is Tre i was in this critical mass last night. The cops were going crazy at the whole thing. To any one who was in this same thing knows what im talking about. I think the second time by the tin caps field was a mistake.
