@slothscantswim no im replying to other person saying you can remove governor by cutting a wire......and yes i know its fast but mine stops at 119mph but gets their fast.

In the middle east they got a mevi aka middle eastern variable intake on the vq motor it made 221 horsepower over the north American versions 190 and the speedo was in fact different thanks for playing

Ur retarded, its clearly a STANDARD and its a 98. Why would you say 03 or 99? The 99 is identical to the 98 and the 2003 is so completely different in every way from styling to transmission to motor to body and chassis u retard.
