Why talk about "issues" that haven't even happened and that will never happen? Let's talk more about what is already going on and how to solve that.

She was born in New York City. Her parents from Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is part of the United States. Why are people so caught up with her being racist and latina. She went to Ivy League Colleges and is American. People need to get over it.

Typical liberal censors at work, if you are a conservative with dissenting views, you will get cnesired here, it shte lib way, NO opposing viewpoints allowed, such is the way of big brother, the statists left wing tyrants they are.

Her record indicates she, like Obama, is more interested about who is in the "right groups" than old outdated concepts such as the impartial rule of law.
God help us law students caught in the modern institution who wish to maintain our integrity of the law in the face of such powerful political corruption.

Yeah no doubt. Once again, the party of racial politics strikes again, just like when they tried to vote down the civil rights act.
I don't know how democrats can sleep at night. You might as well join the KKK.

Yup, my MA in Political Science ended up having me read a ton outside the classroom. Out of the 111 Registered Oregon voters it UofO, 2 are Republicans. Funny how so many people are allowed to persist in their ignorance without balanced education.
Lets all keep in mind that Obama voted against Roberts, who is a class act compared to Sotomayor. Roberts would never have dreamed of uttering the racist drivel she has or he'd have been canned. Racism is evil, thus Sotomayor must be stopped.

this idiot speaks like it's the wrong thing to do, asking questions of someone looking to sit on the highest court in our country.
Have some more kool-ade.
This is an easy one:
Conservatives will be flashy with criticism to satisfy their base but in the end the mushrooming hispanic vote has long been established as too important to risk alienation.
