I don't know what you mean by the top. What I mean by the top has to do with wealth and ownership. Just like those at the middle and everywhere in between, they all work to make more money (as do most of us). To stay on top you have to keep making the money and investing wisely. Those who don't, fall from the top; those who do can rise higher. To claim there's a plan is unnecessary and explains nothing that isn't already explained more concisely. Occam's razor has us eliminate this hypothesis
