Dame is not a victim and Jay-z is far from grimmey. Dame signed Cam (another harlem rapper) who at the time was dissin Jay-Z. Then went behind Jay's back and signed Ol D.B.. Dame started that just buisness shit and Jay took it to the next level before he got further burned. Bottom line Harlem and Brooklynn came together to make history for a moment.
