  • I would have personally bought a bigger screen and put it behind your dining tables at the back, Looks like it would have been much better haha.

    You can't tell from the camera angle, but the dining room wall is the same width as the screen. Larger wasn't an option. There's also nowhere in our house a wider screen would work. There are walls where a wider screen would fit, but nowhere we could sit far enough away for it to matter.

    Right now, the distance from the couch to the screen effectively fills my forward vision. Any bigger, and I'd have to turn my eyes or head to see the sides of the screen.

    108" is sufficient.

  • @meatspace Aaaah I see, sorry I didn't mean to moan lmao I'm in the same boat with limited space. It was either one one wall with a single chair, or the other wall with a space for at least 6 people sitting comfortably. I chose that one :P But a little annoying as it covers the door, so you have to squeeze through the gap. I'm thinking I should redesign this somehow so you can push the door to the side or something.
