Chil5wind4, people made comparison is because all of the newer singers who came from other production was not famous until they join RHM. Sokunkanha for example, she came out at the same time as Kim Leakhea, but never got famous. RHM seem to know how to promote their singers and bring out the best in them.

I found out that she has a great ability to sing better than others.. She did not use much of her throat and that makes her not to squeeze her voice...

Yea it does, but that's the type that RHM likes.
Well, they usually prefer the modern-ish sounding type of singers.
Although her voice sounds harsh, Pich Sophea started out the same way and look how long she lasted with RHM.
