Well, even though I'm French, I wouldn't say that. US Marines are still rated in the toughest.
Whatever from Greece, Finland, France, U.S., U.K., Canada, Chile, Japan, etc., elite troops are elite.

no way napo i don t want to insult your country as i know there where many french who joined the HOS108 and helped us, i also know that it was an UN problem but what i cannot understand is that a General of the French foreign legion does accept this , i believe that there where options to help the ppl but of course balkan people are not equal to others or why did it happen that 10.000 ppl got killed ??? if someone can give me an answer to that quest. i will excuse for all i have said

You are right, but UN autorities didn't support the general. It was an other problem: UN abitlity to act in this conflict.
I just answer to the first part of your message, the second should reflect your personality and I think you will not be able to continue this conversation without insult my country and his history...

The French Foreign Legion is the best military organization in the world especially for Brigade sized units. This is one American's opinion.
