That's a few minutes that I will never get back, MJP works great if you know how to use it as we have it and no problems at all! You just need HIGH SPEED INTERNET not medium speed or slow speed internet that's when you get the hang ups.

eventually got back from magicjack is an apology letter about other carriers not sharing connections and offered pro rated money refunds. Not a company I care to support. I would rather pay a little more and have the system work. That's why I went with Ooma.

I agree that there is a problem with magicjack plus. I had one for two days and had to send it back. I really did NOT like the problem it has when I call SOME local phone numbers and all it does is give me 3 fast busy tones in my ear then it disconnects with no explanation. Google it, apparently it's a big problem with magicjacks service to some numbers. It just WON'T phone them. Plus the people who before me had this problem and bugged magicjack support everyday about it all they eventually go

send it back and get a string with 2 tin cans hooked up at each end, and by the way Ive had magic jack 4 years and I put it in that long ago and have never had not 1 issue with it, I couldnt handle. so you must just be a helpless little ole female ! lol!
