Asiarooms.com lists these rooms as the cheapest in Cha AM! Not only are the nice, but all have good view and you could get 1 week, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 months discount if you pay in advance. For 6 months you get 50% discount!
This is a good deal because although the rooms are cheap, you get a swimming pool, security parking and 600 female airline student staying in the building as part of the deal.
