This makes me so unbelievably proud and sad at the same time. It affects me in such a way that I am not only ashamed, saddened, and unhappy about how little I hear this music - it speaks to my soul and it is nothing short of amazing. As a musician, I understand and can describe how it is effective in this, and I will revel nonetheless in it's genius and spirit. - but I also experience great joy in getting to hear it. This, for me, communicates and transports us to where we are, and are going.
