This is one of the most horrible things I have ever seen this is torture. Mauritania needs a country like the USA or England too go in and take over someone needs too teach people that being Fat is extremelly unhealthy and that being this big will mean u will die very young watching this video make me feel phsically ill.

the concept of this whole show is rather prejudiced. "uncover africa", the title itself is one stepped removed from the colonialist view of africa as a dark and savage place waiting to be "uncovered" by the british!
this is just bad journalism. aimed to pass judgement on particular culture by the lends of western ideals!
before you start pointing your fingers at others, examine your own culture which lead girls as young as 6 to diet and the troubled history women in britain have with food!
