It would also seem, he taught you how to speak clearly, and explain things in a way, that your not over-boasting. Next time chew gum, hop on one foot, bouncing a basketball, and reading one of his books while talking. Well done Sir Pope!
@Flint1545 - I disagree. I know a number of people who have unquestioning fundamental beliefs, and some of them are dullards to say the least. Then I know others who don't have a firm belief in anything, and they are some of the most creative and fascinating people I know.
Also the world is a much more intriguing & brilliant place, when you are flexible in you beliefs, therefore experiencing multiple realities rather than just the one reality tunnel.
This is a slightly depressing and bitter view of ... well, everything. I say you absolutely need 10s in life (e.g. passion for your work). Otherwise we wouldn't have any Picassos or Dian Fosseys. The world without people like them is boring.
What about physically healthy - you sound like you're about to have a heart-attack at any second ! Mentally healthy is also NB though.

@Flint1545 If you feel okay then you're healthy.
If you don't feel okay then you're not healthy.

There's nothing quite like listening to someone help you marginalizing your own beliefs...
