Lyrics are here.....

Well it's my first video =D
This video was deleted, so I re-upload it. It may not be as great as the first one by Maetel, but I tried my best ^^'

We all know that most of the versions of this song call us "Barbarians and hand or ears cutters" 0_0
But in this one we just call you to see the real Arabia ^____^
And there is no "Arabian Nights" in here, simply because it will be "Layali Arabyya" which is tooo long to be sung O_o

oooPSSS..i JUST NOTICESD THAT I WROTE "HIM" INSTED OF "HER" REFARRING TO "Maetel"...I'M REALLY SORRY ABOUT THAT^^'

Enjoy =D
And GOD!! I've a problem with the size of texts!!

So to make sure that you can read the lyrics, here they are:

أنا جاي من بلاد
Ana guy min bilad
(Oh I come from a land)

Agab minha mafish
(From the most wonderful land)

Fiha osur min dahab wi nahas
(Where the Palaces from gold and copper)

Fiha rmal zay elbahr
(Where the sand is like the sea)

Harri yisih minno essakhr
(And the heat melts the rocks)

Fiha essehr da shee adi...ya nas
(Where magic is a normal thing...you people)

Fihar reeh guy mishshar
(Where the wind's from the east)

Shamsib toshro milgharb
(And sun's from the west)

Min norha tizaghlil elaen
(And the eyes could be hurt by it)

La'it tirhali yib'a murih
(I found that my trip would be comfortable)

Fo busat irreeh
(On the flying carpet)

"ويانا "علاء الدين
Wayyana "Ala iddeen"
(And "Aladdin" will be with us)

Hanla'e nhar...
(We will find that the day...)

...modhish zay elleel
(...is as astonishing as night)

Malyan bil hawadit
(And it's full with tales)

Yesh bena afarit
(And will fill us with Genies)

Talg iw rad iw nar
(Snow, thunder and fire)

"علاء الدين"
"Ala iddeen"
( "Aladdin" )

Wih kaytu hatkoon
(And his story will be)

Malyana asrar
(Full with secrets)

Wi hazimet ashrar
(Defeating evils)

"وحبيبته "ياسمين
Wi habibto "yasmeen"
(And his love "Jasmine")

  • lol, they make the opening number of the movie telling all of the story... weak

  • @SuperKeren Those are our kindergarten tales..nothing is new in the movie that's worth not to be mentioned in the opening number. Not to us at least.

  • For some reason, it's awesome watching the Disney movies or songs in the languages or nations that stories originally too place in.

Watching Aladdin in Arabic, Beauty and the Beast/Hunchback of Notre Dame in French, Mulan in Mandarin, etc.

  • egyptian dialect sucks

better to be in official arabic

  • @ya3x5oz Yes, I meant Egyptian Accent, I used the term "Egyptian Arabic" because I guessed it would be like British English and American English... Anyway, do you know if there's another Arabic version in another accent?

  • @kauemoura

    you mean egyptian accent

  • Is there any other arabic version out of this one in egyptian arabic?

  • @nepomusik what the hell is the nightmare before Christmas's national language?

  • the animated series version is better in arabic

  • I like the lyrics because they fit well with a storyteller.

  • @Robodl99 Aladdin does take place in China, but it's not in fact a Chinese folk lore tale. "Aladdin and the Magical Lamp" was added in "1000&1 Nights" by Antoine Galland who heard the tale from a Syrian merchant during his travels. Take note that in the original tale, although the setting is China, the religion is Islam (without hint of Buddhism or Confucianism). Plus all the names are Arabic. Disney didn't make it into an Arabic tale for nothing

  • I kinda got chills from this :)
