@iiamins dude, you really need to rest, take one week without training, that helped me a lot when i hurted my back doing long jump.

alright i need help:
i have a herniated disc, torn meniscus, plantar faciitis on both feet; all from track (mostly from hurdling and triple jumping)
can anyone else who has experienced the same tell me how you recovered? doctors and pt's keep telling me that im okay and to just rest, but I cant just sit and do nothing and just ice... i gotta keep working out before the indoor season starts....
any help?
