@MsJaposen And then add the maltreatment . ..How would you know life is better? It is to many even a worser sentence. Because then one has to live in prison untill the end of ones natural life. Robert is sentenced under the Law of Parties, a Law I can see was made with good intentions. BUT the way it stands today, inflicted on dp cases...is pure wrong and disproportioned. PUNSISHMENT (speaking in general now) OFCOURSE, but death ..no no no.

@mbpatelss4 First off....Robert has NO brother on DR. There is another Garza on Death Row, yes, ut with a different mom. Second.. Robert was not present at the crime scene, as far as I know. Second....DP is even a worser and premeditated murder. WHY DO I SAY THAT?? Well if I was to be killed next week, I would have no knowledge of my death. DP convicted know from the date received the they are going to die and have several dates. The incarceration on DR is in itself a torture.

ROBERT DID NOT KILL ANYONE!!!!! HE WAS CONVICTED AND SENTENCE UNDER THE LAW OF PARTIES!!!!! Nobody disputes prison time, but death for a murder he did not commit is wrong!!!!!
