Jasmin Tabatabai, actriz y cantante persa, nació el 8 de junio de 1967 en Therán, Irán; de madre alemana y padre iraní, vivió en Therán hasta la Revolución Islámica de 1979, motivo por el que emigró a Alemania con su madre.
Canta Porque te vas en japonés en su disco Only live, editado por Sony en 2003. El titulo Doo-o-shite significa ¿Porqué?

She sings "Porque te vas" (Because you go away) in Japanese on her disc "Only live", edited by Sony in 2003. The title "Doo-o-shite" means : Why?
