  • Eating one meal a day stalls your metabolism and actually makes your body store fat. Your body thinks it's starving so it holds on to everything you eat.  FYI

    That is WHY you are overweight! When you only eat once a day, your body conserves those calories more than it would if you ate 3 balanced meals a day and healthy snacks and takes those calories you eat in that one meal and packs it on in the form of fat. Eating on a regular basis makes you burn MORE calories and fuels your metabolism.

    Educate yourself!!! Read a damn book, eh?

  • The little girl had to pull up her britches when playing with mom in the gym. that is a sign she is really losing weight! baggy pants are a great reminder you are doing a good job!!
