That's why closing the loop is so important. FE/OU shown by instruments is like talking about flying machines: if your work is real, then smash the skeptics by "flying in front of a crowd."

Been there, done that, starting in June, 2000, in Reno, Nevada, which I posted last year on YouTube, and it has nearly 6000 viewings. Sealed in plastic bags, they started to fly backwards at the same speed, even though polarity was not reversed.

Excellent setup. However, it has to be done right, perhaps with inflated bags. It's no proof, if the plastic bags ever approach or especially ever touch any HV part, since it's too thin to insulate at 100KV. Corona might be created on the other side of the plastic film, or leakage across the plastic can spit ions (especially if there was any grease/salt fingerprints on plastic.) Use incense smoke to verify a lack of corona wind outside the bags.

By "fly," don't you mean "pendulum deflection?"

De Seversky Ionocraft and "lifters" can fly, but I've never heard of anyone doing the same with Brown's heavy devices.

One thing in all this is a real shame: a guy got Brown's notebooks from his family in ?1999 2001?, but still yet keeps them secret for private work, hasn't published them. Very eerie to see Brown's old notes: a visual thinker, all done as sketches w/color.

You know this is irrelevant, since you know very well that no CF researcher has ever closed the loop and run the electrolysis via the heat output. What the OU community really needs is honesty.

Hutchison batts are milliwatts, probably normal chemistry, impossible to show they run forever (and certainly can't run a house, or even a desk lamp.)
