Best dog I ever owned was a blue heeler. He used to like to get in water at least chest deep, even in winter, use his paws to make splashes and then try to bite, and bark at, the splashes. He sometimes would forget and bark under water. He was a hoot, but a real good dog.

@HoganMo Yeah, Gypsy is the same way. She splashes and tries to bite the water. I've never seen a heeler yet that didn't do it. Must be in their blood or something.
