Out of all CAPES (cloaks) of every Superhero I can think of, was not Wonder Womans like, the most Awesome? Satin, All American and most of all.. American made to boot! No matter how campy, how 70s'ish.. Lynda Carter will NEVEER be outmatched as the all American Woman hero.. Wonder Woman!

@webraider72 Do you remember the original transition from the first season. She would spin in slow motion with no flash and then her clothes and purse would be in her hand and she'd have to hide them. Then she'd have to come back and find them..LOL.

@webraider72 That teorty makes sense;since the magic belt is the source of Wonder Woman's Amazon powers when she's away from Paradise Island on the TV show, that would explain why Diana Prince doesn't have any powers unless she changes into Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman loses her Amazon powers when her magic belt is removed, so it's logical Wonder Woman would lose her Amazon powers when she changes into Diana Prince because she isn't wearing her magic belt.

@veeganboy This was a while back. Sensationalism and patriotism were a lot more important than things making sense, at least on most television. That's why Star Trek had a hard time getting on there, too well written and not enough explosions. In the first pilot at least. BTW, before I get flamed as a Trekkie, I just happened to be reading about the origins of the show from a production standpoint. All the small details like how many decks the ship has are still dumb to me.

She had a cape at some point? Funny how Superman is the All-American hero (well, I suppose Captain America does technically beat him out on that one) yet Wonder Woman is the one that dresses in an over the top patriotic outfit. She has a frickin' eagle on her chest, and her cape (when she wears it) is the American flag. That said, we need a modern version of her. But mayhaps in her new outfit, or at least a more sensible one.
