k Mims didn't bite off anybody in this, his song Move(If you Wanna) had "beat it up like a drummer" in it and that song was released in 2008 while Cyssero & Kaizer had their own "Beat it Up" song made in 2009 so Mims came up with this first
now whose version is better is up to debate

this joint was done in Feb. posted in Mar. unless Cys and them got a time machine over there its obvious who jacked who not to mention Move was recorded well b4 this and that is where the concept was actually developed...on top of that this version is better
