"The Masculinity Series". Group 1 : MAGICAL PASSES IN WHICH THE HANDS ARE MOVED IN UNISON BUT HELD SEPARATELY. Movement1 - "Fists Above the Shoulders".
The hands are held by the sides, clasped into fists, the palms facing up. They are raised then to a point above the head by bending the elbows so the forearms are at a ninety-degree angle with the upper arms. The driving force of this movement is equally divided between the muscles of the arms and the contraction of the muscles of the abdomen. As the fists are raised and the muscles of the front of the body are tensed, the body leans slightly backward by bending the knees (fig. 394). The arms, with hands fisted, are brought down to the sides of the thighs by straightening the elbows a bit; as the arms move down, the body leans forward, contracting the muscles of the back and the diaphragm (fig. 395).
Movement2 - "Using a Cutting Tool in Each Hand". The hands are made into fists, with the palms facing each other at the level of the waist (fig. 396). From there, they move in a downward strike to the level of the groin, a foot and a half away from it, always keeping the width of the body as the distance between the fists (fig. 397). Once the fists strike, they are retrieved to the position where they started, by the edge of the rib cage.
(Demonstration based on the book "Magical Passes" by Carlos Castaneda. Above text courtesy of scribd.com ). Suitable for all ages, both genders, any level of ability. Please consult your physician before trying these movements.

  • You're still free to BELIEVE that those silly exercises are doing something for you, just like a 15 year old girl is free to believe that buying a pink quartz crystal at a Wicca store is going to magically attract that cute guy in 9th grade. It's all in your head.

There is something called the scientific method.

    1. Phenomena are observed. (= some weird guys called sorcerers)

    2. An explanation is offered. (= Castaneda's reports/books)

    3. Tests are designed and performed. (= Practicing tensegrity and the warriors way)

    4. Evaluation of results. (= Self-assessment or the assessment of others who do the practice or the assessment of practitioners by a third party).

You don't sound like someone who ever followed this critical method.

That is such a give-away - the way people focus on the man ( = the gossip, assumptions, second-hand reports, beliefs, personal impressions, etcetera) and for all this never get to have a proper look at what he wrote, the substance of his message.

Can anyone explain this totally misplaced focussing of critical assessment? No, not unless one is a clear sorcerer. A clear sorcerer would say: an external agent/entity has hijacked our reasoning powers and made us blind to the obvious.

  • @antispectral thats the only place it needs to be... for thats the only place in which is "matters"... it is where the players precipitate into form and the universe orchestrates a magnificant symphony where people come to feel the "Field of Dreams"

  • @Boris82much I like your words because I know that you are not and normal reading person and try to research, and with all of this, realize that even in this high level the people is get and focus just in the words, losing all that the words are pointing.

  • @Mystery207 Aaaah. BTW, what exactly were you refering to by >ufo's<? I would like to hear some specific experiences, if you care to share.

  • @ercheksargo Volume one. The Antenna.

"Dragging Energy from the Front of the Legs", movement #37, in the Preparing Intent Series?

  • I have some good experiences with the first three series. I don't know whether Castaneda was a fake or not. But I mastered the first three series in three days. I'm going to eventually go back to practicing then again. This time It's the worlds perception I will change being my focus! Also try doing that exercise really forceful and watch your anger rise. It's funny The last exercise on series one calls up or down ufo's.

  • I don't like liars, plagarists, copy-cats...and he was all three and then some. He died of liver cancer for god's sake. If ANYONE was capable of 'escaping death' as he so ardently wrote about, Castaneda was the man, and HE DIED OF LIVER CANCER. He was A PETTY TYRANT. I fell for his stuff just like millions of others starting in the late 60's, but the evidence that he was just a small, brown, homely man (his words) and a mean and often sad cult-leader, is overwhelming.

  • Dear warrior,
