New toy meets an old one... my new Mopho synth coupled up with my MIDI Lavalamp. I built a little battery powered module using a PIC chip which is doing the voltage to MIDI conversion (from 12 photoresistors attached to the lamp).

There are also guitar distortion and delay effects on the sound.. it might not be the best demo of the sound capabilities of the Mopho but I though the "racecar" effect went well with the blobs moving round in the lamp...
