Kelley Graham performs natural i liq chuan 'absorb and project' stepping drill with gua 'open and close', horizontal plane only. one should not become winded doing this exercise, nor should the calves flex to push the feet off the ground. please note the flat feet as the dantien 'absorbs' up the leg. - filmed for students. http://ucbprogram.com and http://iliqchuan.com. here's a thread with more in depth info on yin and structure. http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/TCClist/message/60678
