I'm a hardcore Christian, but man, I'm also a musician, and music is music. The fact that these guys have gotten a strange cult following outside of the (and I hate the label) "Christian music industry" just shows Danielson is a very original and creative guy. And, hey, we got Sufjan Stevens out of them. It just proves if you're a great songwriter, and you can write music about being human- which we can all identify with- people will listen. They remind me of what New Wave was doing in the 80's.

I'm not even really a Danielson fan, but I loved this documentary. It was so thought-provoking and had so much to say about the relationship between faith and art.
