Just some short clips and some photos from the 2009 Bob Cook Memorial/Mt.Evans Hill Climb. Flight for Life was on hand in case of any accidents (as far as I know there were none). The weather was perfect, minimal wind and sun, a really exciting event to watch. Maybe some day I'll participate. Enjoy.
p.s. for those of you who don't know but also don't want to google it, the race is a bike race from Idaho Springs, up highway 103 to Route 5 aka the Mt.Evans road up to 14,130ft. The race is 27.5 miles long (not sure if this is the EXACT distance but assume it is approximate). Music by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
