@420Crackdealer Where have you been? Gentrification is rolling over D.C. at the speed of light. 1990 black % was around 70%. It's now around 49%. Even H Street, and Trinidad are seeing white people move in - fast. I'm not saying it's good or bad. It just is. It's all about money - a few wealthy blacks have even moved back to D.C. But whites are coming in in huge numbers.
