you have to get a wailord then get a relicanth. then just go to Pacifidlog Town Then Go To The Left Right Into The Edge Of the Waves then You Should Be In A Island The Go Surf Again And Another Island u Will Be In Go In The "Middle" The Surf Then You Should See A Diving Place Dive There. Then Go To The Thing That has Dots On the rocks then undice there u should see more dots when u walk foward use dig then just walk up and there will be more dots then preaper your wailord and the other one long
