iv tried all portable speakers
nothing came close to the JBL's
it has real good sound. each time u turn
up the volume the better it gets
. the song i played dosent have much bass, i didnt have any bassie songs on my psp at the time
but maan u should hear the thing!

No but there pretty loud i bought one a few weeks aggo from Best Buy and i love it but mine is black i wish i had a white one like that though!!!

In Europe (at least in The Netherlands) they cost €79,-!! Pretty expensive if you ask me! I know they have great sound and stuff, but if I can get the new iPod Nano for €99,- (a temporarely 4GB version), I don't think I can buy the speakers for €79,-... It's just not right. Does anybody know where I can buy these cheaper?

it's me again. i had great holiday with my jbl speakers. used them all day every day down by the pool. the great thing is, the rechargeable batteries i used lasted the whole 2 weeks! and that's using them every day from about 11am to 6pm.
ok i only listened to them on a fairly low volume to i didn't annoy other people by the pool, u could only hear them if u were sat within 3 metres of them. but i was amazed they lasted so long! i kept them out of the sunlight, don't know if that helps??

ahah awsome. yeah they are pretty good on power. iv never taken out my batteris to replace them when i go on a trip. it always seems to last untill you come home and take them out and use them for something else. lol. but yeah. i guess its ok if u leave them in the sun for a while. as long as u dont have it sitting out for so long.

i paid 40$ for it brand new, got it cheap from this store where they sell stuff cheap

they are actually both good, its just up to you which one you want, like if u use ur ipod, and u wana cradle it then the Onstage is good, but if u like have something else u can get the ontour, but i dont really know much aobut what the onstage does, but i can find out and let you know which is better.
