Dharamraaj is grief stricken on being accused by Hietn. Hitens decision that he does not give any rights of performing the last rites to Dharamraaj hurts him so much that he cries out of pain. Baa, Babuji & Tarulataben are disturbed to see Dharamraaj in such a state. Dharamraaj decides that he will do all the possible things to prove Hiten innocent. He says that e was the one who ounished him when he was proved guilty & now he will only save him by proving him innocent. Santu prays to Kodiyaar maa for Hiten. She decides that she will; prove him innocent in front of the villagers. She approaches the villagers & informs them about the truth behind the whole incident. But the villagers do not pay heed to her story & believe that she is just trying to protect her family, rather they say that now nothing can save Hiten. Santu requests Madho & insists that she is true. But Madho tells her that it is better that she performs her duty as a wife & let him do his as a villager. Dharamraaj is busy in his work & asks Pinakin whether there has been any progress regarding the search of the actual culprit but is disappointed. Pinakin informs him that he has to attend a conference in Antwerp. Dharamraaj refuses to attend as he fist needs to find out the real culprit & prove Hiten innocent. He decides to send Maulik for the conference & guides him to keep a proper track of every expense. He asks him about the receipt of the donation he made in Subhadras name to a trust. Hiten gets nervous & rushes to his room to get the receipt. He forges the receipt & fills it himself. On seeing him doing so, Tarulataben advices him to be cautious & tells him to throw the receipt book before anybody finds it. Maulik makes the receipt & gives it to Dharamraaj & throws away the receipt book. Santu informs Babuji that she had been to the village to convince the villagers about Hitens innocence. Tarulataben hears her & scolds her for doing so. But Dharamraaj tells everybody that she has taken an appropriate step which either of them should have taken. He assures everybody that he will prove Hiten innocent by finding out the actual culprit. Champakali throws the garbage & the receipt book falls on the ground which Santu notices. She takes the book & thinks to hand it over to somebody in the house as it could be of crucial importance. Birva wishes to cook patra (a gujarati dish) but the servant is too busy to help her out. Santu notices her & indirectly teaches her to cook the dish. Then indirectly she asks Birva about the book, Birva tells her that she should give it to Dharamraaj. Santu hands over the book to Dharamraaj. Dharamraaj is astonished to see the same book whose receipt Maulik had given to him. He understands the entire game palyed by Maulik & gives him a call saying that he wants to go for shopping with him for his Antwerp trip. He takes Maulik to the same trusts office whose receipt he had given to Dharamraaj.
