First song I wrote on the piano instead of the guitar! =]
I wrote this song for another Creative project for my English class, this time for Sophocles' play Oedipus The King.

He ran to change his destiny
He ran to safety

I've been perusing your music tonight, as there are quite a few yet to see and hear...and I have to tell you...I'm nearly mesmerized by your voice and songwriting. You are a VERY credible songwriter, Kate, and I have HUGE respect and admiration for you. Your songs are not cookie-cutter clones of something everyone has heard or expects to hear...you create atmosphere with your music. I am SO a fan of yours.... You sing with a natural ease and comfort as if you've been dong it for decades.

Great song! It has a great melody and it's so much better than the generic stuff you hear on the radio nowadays. Anyways, let me know when you have new songs uploaded. I'd love to check them out.
