I think you are confused. No on this has said she wasn't Armenian. She is part Cherokee, part Armenian, and part French. I don't understand what the problem is! And yes she was poor when she was young. She does songs she can identify with which is why she recorded songs like Half-Breed, Gypsies, and Dark Lady. And she may wear crazy clothes, but that doesn't make her a tramp, it makes her a performer!

Omg, despite of the obvious surgeries, It's like if I was watching her in the Sonny & Cher comedy hour. She knows how to grow old with dignity. :( She looks younger then my oldest sister who is 40 y old!

@cacho20 You are right. she did come out and say she was part Cherokee indian, thats partly why sonny bono wrote this song for her. and if you look close enough she has characteristics of a native american for example the long black hair.

I have seen Cher's new Vegas show 4 times and I will see it two more times wen she starts up again in February.

jealous at you I never saw her live and the chance that it's going to happen is 1% I hope she is made a dvd of it when she is finishing this I'm waiting by the new album and movie 2009!!! (at this moment I'm not glad living in Europe :P)

You should so go see it, at least once. I have Cher fan friends that have come from Holland, Australia, Brazil, the UK, and the Netherlands, you can do it, you have to, it's simply amazing!
