Cannabis Politics Updates 12.15.2011 Medical Marijuana Laws are useless!

I think that it is time for everyone that has been affected by the State of Washington legislators to start a class action suit against the State of Washington for failure to protect us from the state AND federal criminal court system. The voters should not have been allowed to vote on medical marijuana if the legislature knew they were going to ignore the will of the people and turn people over to the federal courts. We need to file suit for entrapment, loss of love and affection, emotional distress, negligence on their part, destroying lives. Washington Judges, politicians and police officers are totally ignoring the law that was passed. Medical cards are meaningless to them. Police officers need to be charged with fraud when they use fake Medical card, in the same manner that we would be if we tried to use a fake prescription. The pharmacist doesn't get charged, if he fills a fraudulent prescription but the dispensary owners do.(Gloria)
